This Communications Policy explains how Valpo Agency (“we,” “our,” or “us”) contacts you by phone call and text message, what you agree to when you give us your phone number, and how to stop those messages at any time. It works together with our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
When you submit a form on our website, check the consent box, or otherwise give us your phone number and ask us to contact you, you agree that Valpo Agency may call you and send you text messages at the number you provided. These calls and texts may be about your inquiry, scheduling a consultation, the services we provide to you, and (only if you have agreed to receive them) occasional marketing messages.
Your consent is not a condition of buying any product or service from us.
You confirm that you are the account holder or an authorized user of the phone number you provide.
If your number changes, please let us know so we don’t contact someone else.
Calls come from our team during normal business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Central Time) unless you ask us to call at another time.
Calls with our team may be recorded for quality, training, and record-keeping purposes where permitted by law. If you prefer that a call not be recorded, tell us at the start of the call.
You can ask us to stop calling you at any time by telling us on a call, by email at support@valpoagency.com, or by calling (219) 246-2132. We will add your number to our internal do-not-call list.
Program: Valpo Agency texts about your inquiry, consultation scheduling, account updates, and customer care. Marketing texts are sent only if you have opted in to receive them.
Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and the services you receive.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt out: Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts from us. We will send one message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed and will not text you again unless you opt back in.
Help: Reply HELP for help, email support@valpoagency.com, or call (219) 246-2132.
Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your text messaging opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. We may share your information only with service providers who help us deliver calls and messages on our behalf (such as our phone and messaging platform), and only for that purpose, or when required by law. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.
If you give us your email address, we may email you about your inquiry and our services. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time with the “unsubscribe” link in the email or by contacting us.
We may update this Communications Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
